Cancellation Policy

• If you cannot keep your scheduled appointment, please call me at (207) 332-7235 as soon as possible to cancel and reschedule or to arrange to send someone else in your place.
• To avoid a fee, please provide a minimum of 24 hours notice to cancel an appointment.
• A 50% payment is required for any appointment canceled between 24 hours and 2 hours of the scheduled start time, to be paid immediately. This will be charged to the card on file unless other payment arrangements are made.
• Full payment is required if you cancel within 2 hours of your scheduled start time or fail to cancel or arrive for your appointment, and that payment is due immediately. This will be charged to the card on file unless other payment arrangements are made.
• If canceling on short notice due to unforeseen circumstances, you may send someone else in your place to avoid a fee. 
• This policy is to ensure that my business remains sustainable, as I cannot resell time lost due to absenteeism.

I understand that emergencies, accidents, and sudden illness happen. Communication is key. Please notify me as soon as you are able if you absolutely cannot make your scheduled appointment or find anyone to take your place.
