*Times displayed are for your hands-on time. All rates include an additional 15 minutes for intake and check-out at no extra cost. You do *not* need to arrive early.

 

Pay-It-Forward Tipping

I do not expect tips for services rendered here at my private practice. Gratuities will be used to help clients with financial barriers to receive bodywork from me. 

 

Payment Options & Policies

• New clients can book online using a valid credit card to hold their appointment and pay at their appointment.
• Payment is due at the time of service.
• Early cancellations (more than 24 hours before the appointment start time) will be refunded in full.
• Late cancellations made 2 to 24 hours from the appointment start time will receive a 50% refund if pre-paid or be charged a 50% cancellation fee to the credit card on file.
• Late cancellations made within 2 hours of the appointment start time will be charged in full to the credit card on file. 
• No call, no show missed appointments will be charged in full to the credit card on file.
• Your full card number is stored securely in the MassageBook system and is not visible to me.

  • Venmo @moxceykaruna
  • Personal checks (made payable to Moxcey Karuna)
  • Apple Pay and Google Pay
  • All major credit and debit cards ***Cash and check payments, whenever possible, are greatly appreciated and help to keep my services affordable.***

 

Cancellation Policy

• If you cannot keep your scheduled appointment, please call me at (207) 332-7235 as soon as possible to cancel and reschedule or to arrange to send someone else in your place.
• To avoid a fee, please provide a minimum of 24 hours notice to cancel an appointment.
• A 50% payment is required for any appointment canceled between 24 hours and 2 hours of the scheduled start time, to be paid immediately. This will be charged to the card on file unless other payment arrangements are made.
• Full payment is required if you cancel within 2 hours of your scheduled start time or fail to cancel or arrive for your appointment, and that payment is due immediately. This will be charged to the card on file.
• If canceling on short notice due to unforeseen circumstances, you may send someone else in your place to avoid a fee. 
• This policy is to ensure that my business remains sustainable, as I cannot resell time lost due to absenteeism.

I understand that emergencies, accidents, and sudden illness happen. Communication is key. Please notify me as soon as you are able if you absolutely cannot make your scheduled appointment or find anyone to take your place.
